In addition, you can get collegial support and specialist referrals from the CADOMO network on all medical topics and receive pragmatic support from CADOMO on financing issues.
Together with you, we will take quality and growth initiatives for your practice or clinic, which you will implement on site with the usual medical degrees of freedom – while we take administrative issues off your hands in the group.
For long-term wealth creation, we have developed an individual partner model. In addition to salaries at the top end of the market and achievable additional compensation (instead of demanding earn-outs), we offer you the option to invest part of the purchase price as a share in the group and thus become a partner.
